Self care for cyclists. The goal of this class is to demonstrate and discuss proper use of massage tools, stretching and hydrotherapy for cyclists. Participants are encouraged to bring any massage tools (ie. massage gun, foam rollers, etc.) that they own. A yoga mat or similar for the techniques on the floor is suggested.
