Webmaster
We are looking for a handful of web savvy member to team up to form a webmaster team. This would include memphishightailers.com and BCB100.com
- Update our site regularly and keep it fresh
- Look for ways to improve the site
- Basic HTML needed
Event Director
We are actively looking for an event director. Your roll would be to set up our events on our website. You would work in collaboration with our webmaster.
- Basic HTML needed
- Assist in making the registration for events flow to make it easier for registrants.
Online Store
Help manage our online store and work with marketing team to create jersey and items to offer to our membership.
- Basic HTML needed
- Ship items out as order are placed.
Program Director
Organize a monthly or Bi-monthly Member Meetings. Organize a yearly Volunteer Appreciation Night.
- Work with Event Director to get even listed on calendar.
- Work with Education Director to avoid conflict with classes at the clubhouse.
Ambassadors
Represent the Hightailers at special community events.
- Able to talk about anything the club is doing.
- Set up once a quarter at the Greenline and get people to sign up for a Trial Membership.
- Set up a tent at special events.
- Reports to the Vice President
Ride Director
Person to track our big rides and make sure the Ride Captain has all they need.
- Help organize Ride Cookbook to be used by Ride Captains.
- Be the go between for the board and the Ride Captains to make sure all our rides are a success.
Ride Captain for the Wolf River Café Ride
Assist in organizing the Wolf River Café Ride. The ride has been going on for many years so there is not much that needs to be done. Just the main contact to make sure all is done.
- Work with board and SAG Team to make all needed contacts.
Ride Captain for the Tour de La Grange
Assist in organizing the Tour de La Grange. The ride has been going on for many years so there is not much that needs to be done. Just the main contact to make sure all is done.

Ride Captain for the Charles Finney Ride
Assist in organizing the Charles Finney Ride. The ride has been going on for many years so there is not much that needs to be done. Just the main contact to make sure all is done.

Ride Captain for the Halloween Ride
Assist in organizing the Halloween Ride. The ride has been going on for many years so there is not much that needs to be done. Just the main contact to make sure all is done.

Assist in writing grants to raise funds for the Hightailers.
- Need someone with exceptional writing skills.
LCI (League Cycling Instructors
We are looking for people that want to teach others how to be safe on the road.
