Volunteer Director
Oversees all volunteer recruitment, placement, recognition, and retention. Works with event coordinators and directors to ensure volunteer coverage and maintains a positive community culture.
Membership Director
Leads membership growth, retention, and member experience efforts. Manages renewals, onboarding, communications, and membership benefit messaging.
Event & Ride Captain / Coordinator
Organizes club rides and key elements of event execution. Coordinates route planning, marking crews, event support teams, and ride-day logistics.
Route Marking Captain
Plans, marks, and audits routes for visibility and safety. Coordinates volunteers assisting with signage and marking materials.
Website Manager
Maintains and updates MHBC web content. Ensures accurate information, functional navigation, and supports marketing messaging. A team-based role supporting MemphisHightailers.com and BCB100.com.
Responsibilities:
-Update site content and keep information fresh
-Identify opportunities for site improvements and new features
-Maintain consistent branding, links, functionality, and event flow
Skills Needed: Basic HTML, willingness to collaborate, detail-oriented
Grant Writer
Researches funding opportunities, writes applications, and tracks reporting requirements to support club education and safety initiatives. Supports MHBC mission advancement through external funding opportunities.
Requirements: Strong writing skills; prior grant experience preferred.

Newsletter Content Creator
Produces event recaps, ride announcements, safety tips, stories, and club news. Works with multiple departments to aggregate updates. Works with Tailwind Editor.
Marketing Coordinator

Social Media Manager
Creates and schedules content, handles engagement, and develops strategies to expand audience and club visibility.

Plans family-focused ride experience, engaging partners supporting youth and entry-level riders.
