Lynn Greer, a seasoned industry veteran with more than 35 years of experience, has announced the launch of Tempo Velo, a specialized professional bike fitting business.
A Decades-Long Legacy in Cycling.
Greer is widely recognized as a premier fit expert in the region. Before his tenure at Latting Speed Shop, Greer spent 17 years owning and operating Gran Fondo Cycles in Nashville, where he built a reputation for high-level technical expertise. He later relocated to Memphis in 2021, where he served as Operations Manager for Victory Bicycle Studio before joining the team at Latting.
His deep knowledge stems from years of collaboration with legendary custom frame builders, including Dario Pegoretti, Irio Tommasini, and Bob Parlee.
The Tempo Velo Approach
Tempo Velo focuses on a "body geometry-based" fitting process, designed to customize the bicycle to the rider's unique physical strengths, posture, and movement patterns. Greer’s methodology aims to resolve common cycling issues such as:
